Watsonville/Salinas real estate investors

Hi BP Community - My partner and I are new to real estate and looking to invest in the Watsonville / Salinas area of CA. Does anyone have experience investing in these areas? Would love to connect with some local folks. We currently live in Santa Cruz.

Salinas agent here.  Or at least I live here, and do a bunch of work in the surrounding areas.  My office is in Carmel.

Salinas is pretty much a 500k and up market now.  Even the East side, which historically has been more affordable, is now trending above 500k.

Deals can still be had, but they are tough to find.
