Long distance real estate investing
Hey all,
I am 23 y/o and looking to move to Austin Texas in 2022 and live in my own property. However, I am exploring the idea of buying a house now and have it managed by a property manager and rent it out until I go there myself. How viable is this idea? Has anybody done a similar move that can share any tips/ideas with me?
