Walt Disney World Resort Florida - AirBNB Rentals
Hi All,
Need some advise here. Looking to purchase a property in the Disney world resort vicinity in Florida. Idea is to rent it out using Airbnb. Need some guidance in regards to the following:
- I have noticed that real estate prices in Disney world area have risen tremendously during the past 4 years, 20%+ increase. Is this normal for this area?
- Does anyone else have rental properties in this area? If so how are you managing it remotely are you using an agent?
- Is there anything I should be looking out for when looking to purchase real estate for this purpose?
