I am overwhelmed by all the great (multiple) ways we could start our real estate investing career!

as a beginner what would be the best way to start should i begin with

1-buy and hold?

2-rehab and sell?

3-Brrrr?

4- Or just buy me one condo and rent it out and see how that goes first?

i need to make a plan to stick with and would love to hear your opinions to help me make my decision!!

But once you start with one I recommend that you get four or five deals in under your belt before moving to another exit strategy. Experience is the greatest teacher. Good luck in your REI journey.

hey! the reason I didn't put 1 and 4 together I because if I buy a condo I'm thinking to buy it all cash! and that sounds like a plan! thank you

good luck to you as well with whatever you're doing!
