New Investor in Orlando FL

Hello all, I am starting my journey into rental of investment property in the Orlando FL area and will be needing a property manager in the June/July time (when I will be closing). Any recommendations on a company or property manager in the area? I will be looking to buy additional properties right after this one closes and would like to use same resources. Also looking for realtors that specialize in finding the right deals/locations for future rental investments. Feel free to PM me directly here if preferred. Hello @Alberto Nikodimov and @Shawn McCormick , good questions. I am starting with a manufactured home in a 55+ community that came to me through a friend, my plan is to put that on the market ASAP as a seasonal rental (July/August 2021 time frame, it is allowed to rent), I will use that as my base of operations this summer and start purchasing more properties to build my portfolio. I will be looking at duplexes, single family homes and possible more manufactured homes in good rental locations. I am not planning on AirBnB, would like to rent long term and seasonal (2 month minimum, depending on place). The first home is in Lewisburg FL, but I am looking to branch closer to Orlando.
