Cash Out Refinance Process
Hello, my name is Kacper and am 22 years old looking to BRRRR my first property. For the rehab process I have 50% saved up and want to use my 0% APR credit cards for the other 50%. I was wondering if that would affect when applying to cash out refinance a property. Will my debt show up and then won't get approved for the financing? My goal is to pay off the credit cards in full with the money that will be from the cash out refi. Just wanted to make sure that there won't be a hurdle with having about 15-20k in credit card debt. Thanks!
