Beginner Houston, Tx

I am interested in doing a multi family house hack. I have zero experience, but I have a FHA, and VA in my back pocket.

Professionally I am a outside sales rep for an equipment rental company in the greater Houston area. However, I want to start working towards being financially free from having to work a normal 9-5.

I am looking for direction, tips, or someone that wouldn’t mind getting a coffee or beer that I will work for to learn ins and outs.

Thanks in advance!

Hey @Kent Rieves - have you read "the house hacking strategy" by Craig curelop? Great resource. He is also holding a virtual meetup this Wednesday. Feel free to message me and I can send you the link. Maybe there will be others from Houston in attendance :)
