Bathroom suggestions
Closed on my first property. This is a 3BR 1.5 bungalow in a B class neighborhood. I understand that when it comes to upgrades there are a lot of different options. But I would more comfortable knowing what experienced investors would do.
I plan on painting the whole house a subtle beige but do you guys all paint the baseboards white? Because that means I need to do windows to match. I will be paying a contractor approx $25/hour for work. So please tell me the most bang for your buck upgrades you would do to my houses bathroom...
