Hey any Minnesota mentors out there?

I have been reading lots of posts & watching some videos on YouTube and I really want to take a crack at real estate. The forum is full of knowledgable people, but I am wondering if anyone is in Minnesota that I'd be able to reach out to and learn from

My interest is in Wholesaling / flipping or anything that could get me in the door of real estate

I'm currently in college and graduating next year. this summer I want to soak up knowledge from someone that’s already in the industry. I am willing to be a intern for the summer if possible. My ambition & work ethic is here, I'm just looking for some guidance.

I am interested in the steps you taken and hardships you went through on your journey etc.

Any recommendations to books , courses etc
