Maximizing the potential to find peoples problems

Kameron D Miller
Posted

BiggerPockets crew,

I've just recently started reaching out to my loved ones and anyone in my contact list, notifying them that if they or anyone they know are having real estate problems, that they should contact me to have a discussion of their problem and possible solutions. I use this method to not only help those in need, but to find potential deals in the problems homeowners, renters, or landlords may have.

My question is how do I maximize the number of people I reach in order to find problems? My biggest platform is social media but there has been little to no movement in people contacting me. I want to achieve this without breaking the bank or even better, for free. Is there any advice you could give me? Thanks!
