BBBR with HELOC or other traditional financing
Hi All,
I currently own one multifamily here in MA I bought using FHA. LIfe is bringing me down to the DFW area in Texas and I am looking to buy again. Multi Families in that area are hard to come by, or really expensive. Can you help me understand what would be the best method to purchase a condo/single family...renovate..then cash out refi. The goal would be to stay in that property but use the cash out to keep buying other properties
