What Book Should I Read Next?

I started with Rich Dad Poor Dad. Second, I took the beginner course on BP. Third, I read Brandon Turners The Book on Investing in Real Estate w/ Little or No Money Down. Fourth, I read The Book on Tax Strategies by Amanda Han. What should I read next?

Hey @Jack Wyatt.  For your next step, have you considered talking to real investors (in person, on line meetup)?  A small step to keep you moving forward, and not spinning your wheels.  Definitely learn and educate yourself, but don't get stuck in the books.  You might find by doing so you discover an area of interest, and can eliminate certain books by default.

@Jack Wyatt We all want to make as few mistakes as possible; however, mistakes are inevitable. We want to be educated, but the real learning doesn't happen until you actually jump in. Every deal, no matter how many years of experiences you have or deals done, can always be better.

The great thing about real estate is most of the time the mistakes or errors made are mitigated over time with appreciation and inflation.

Reading will only get us so far. Eventually it's the doing is where we will find success and confirm whether all the reading/education worked.

@AJ H. I just want to make as few bad decisions as possible on my REI journey! This year I would like to buy another rooming house and a four plex. Long term I think I just want to focus on multi family.

What are your goals with investing in real estate?  Depending on what you are trying to accomplish, a plethora of other books can be recommended.
