Purchase and Assignment Contracts TN

Hello Everyone ,

Im new to wholesaling and I havent been able to find a response to this question any where ,

of course, the obvious solution is to consult a Real Estate Attorney , however i decided to ask here first . 

Im courious if Tennessee has state specific contracts (both purchase and assignment). 

For any Tennessee wholesaler seeing this, if you dont mind , please send me a msg with a 
link to your assignment/purchase contracts  so that I can get an idea of what everyone is using instead of just pulling something off of the internet.
