Real Estate Agent and Mentor

Hello everyone! I am new to the REI world and just would like some guidance. I am located in the Indianapolis area and want to house hack (preferable with a multi-family).

Right now I am trying to find a real estate agent that is inventor friendly. Any tip on where or how to find agents that work well and understand our side of thing? With that what are the top questions you ask?

I am also looking for a mentor to help me get started but finding it hard to find one as well. Do you think a mentor is needed? If so what do you look for and how do you get that relationship started? What does it look like down the road?

Thank you all so much! You are amazing! Have a great day!
