Is it possible to wholesale land
There is 40 Acres for sale by owner in my town where there is lots of new neighborhoods popping up everywhere. It is the fast growing town in the St. Louis metro east area. A great investment area. This 40 acres seems to me to be a great hidden gem. Just not sure how to move forward. I would love to buy it myself but I don’t have the $$$ Any suggestions ??
