Business Banking Connecticut
Hi Everyone,
I am a new real estate investor in the Connecticut area looking to purchase my first investment property (buy and hold multi-unit single family - 300K budget) locally in either Waterbury, New Haven(city) or Bridgeport. I have been looking at banks in the general area and would like to know if there are any recommendations for banks in the area that one would recommend. Any insight or recommendations would be appreciated.

Hi @Sean Wilson welcome to BP.
I'd go one of two ways for business banking here in Connecticut:
1. Open accounts at a local bank in hopes of developing a lending relationship with them for the future when you may need mortgage loans, lines of credit, etc...
2. Open accounts at one of the big banks that have favorable hours that fit your schedule. For instance, TD Bank has very good hours in the this area if you need to make deposits, make bank visits a little bit outside of traditional hours.
