Starting out Real Estate Journey - NEED HELP

After doing months of research, I am ready to take the leap into the Multi family owner realm. I am a first time home buyer and have good credit. Where can I find a knowledgeable realtor within the NYC tristate area that is honest, knowledgeable, investor friendly and has an in-depth understanding of the multi family market. I met with two realtors already and didn’t feel as these individuals had my best interest as they were just focused on making a sale. Where can I find a good realtor/mentor?

All realtors are focused on making a sale your expectations of a realtor might be a bit too high.. Don't feel too bad i had similar expectations starting out my realtor pretty much just sets up my MLS searches and If i find something she inquires and makes offer but now because we have a relationship and we have made several sales together she respects my judgement and makes any offer even low balls which I don't do often but I have to admit I have done so once in a while.. For a realtor time is money especially the experience and ones who deal w high volume
