My name's Mat Giladi. I live in Somerville, MA, and have recently been introduced to real estate. I want to house hack in the area - I believe it could be life changing financially and also help me get the initial experience I need before investing long-distance - and would love to speak with those who already have or are planning to do it.

@Account Closed In the Boston Area - You want to become the master of the FHA 203k Loan. You can put as little as 3.5% down payment and finance 100% of your construction.
