Subsidiary LLC Name?
Ok, so you start a real estate holding LLC, and it's the parent company. You came up with a clever name.
Now, for every property you hold, you create a subsidiary LLC.
What the heck do you name the subsidiaries? Because you can't name them the same as the parent company, especially if it's registered with the same state.
