Flipping In Grays Harbor, WA

Does anyone have any experience flipping houses in Grays Harbor,WA? I am looking specifically into the Hoqiuam/Aberdeen markets. I am from the Seattle area and being a recent college graduate, this seems to be the easiest price point to dive into. Any advice whatsoever is appreciated... thanks everyone!
