New Way To Market Real Estate

Hey guys

I have been a member for sometime now and I finally have gotten up the courage to ask your opinion on an idea I have had for a whie now. There are a few companies already out there doing it now but let me know what you think.

I have been working out a way to replace the 360-Tours with Home Video Tours. Basically a walkthrough or moving video promoting your property instead of panning and zooming in and out of still images. Packages would include either a 45sec or 1min 30sec video commercial about your property with nice graphics, DVD's, Online Hosting of the Video, Signs to attach to your for sale sign with your own web page, and much more. I have been toying with the idea now for about 2 years and if I get good feedback I may start this immediatly in my area. So be honest..Would you buy it as a realtor, invester, or retail seller? Also How much would you be willing to pay for this customized service? Thanks for your time guys! I look forward to seeing your comments!
