Any Canadians Living in the US on Work VISAs Still Investing?

Hi everyone,

As a Canadian citizen living in the US on a work visa, I am wondering if there are any others out there who are living in the US on a work visa who own rental properties in the US. What hoops did you have to jump through to get a loan? Or were you forced to go through a HML?

Is there any other advice you can offer for someone looking to invest in their first property here in the US?
