Speaking to other lenders?

Since I have submitted 6-7 offers under same lender do you know if I can still speak with other lenders to see if I can qualify for a larger loan? I got pre approved back in March so I am wanting to reach out to other lenders again and see who can offer me better deals. If so, would you tell them ?
