Hi Im Dayyan and 21 years old.

I study finance and I am currently building capital to start my real estate investing career.

Im interested in the saint john NB market but unfortunately I live very far and have trouble understanding the market on a deeper level.

Any advice on how to do better market research and putting together a team from far away?
