Hello, my name is Ryan and I'm new to the world of real estate. I'm really interested in wholesaling and I've read up on it a lot online. I know the general concepts already so I don't need a refresh on that. I'm just really wondering how to get started. I would love if there was a course out there that had a good step by step system that I could follow to get into the business of wholesaling. There seems to be a lot of moving parts in this business and I really don't want to go into it blind. Please if you have any advice on good courses are guides to take for real estate wholesaling let me know so I can start learning.
