Having trouble finding comps
Hi my name is Sircalvin Henderson I am looking to get my first contract for a wholesale deal. I'm having trouble finding good comps to help me analyze a good deal offer for the properties. I have one property 8bd. 4ba. 5200 sq. ft. asking price 65k duplex I cant find any comps to actually analyze this property. What should I do ???
