Out of state Investor- Houston, Texas
Hello, I am currently in the process of looking for my first multi family, (triplex or fourplex) in Houston. I am an out of state investor and I see a huge opportunity in the market. I'm totally new to the Houston market, What are some of your opinions on the Houston market? If anyone is from the area, What are some sections in town I should be looking at? I'm open to any advice or tips anyone may have!

+1 to everything Cameron said. I'm a big fan of the West Houston and Northwest Houston areas. It'll be hard to find multi-families in many of the proper suburbs (i.e. Katy), but they do exist. I've seen a couple good ones in Cypress, as well as areas just outside/adjacent to the suburbs.
Side note: @Cameron Tope Big fan of your YT channel hah. Always love the content and insights you share, and it's been pivotal in helping shape my own thoughts on the market. Hope to treat ya to coffee one of these days as a thank you.
