Researching the Boise, Idaho area rental market

I am considering buying next year out of state, specifically the Boise area instead of buying in CA where we live. This would be our second rental. I have David Greene's book which is on the list to read before we completely jump in. Does anyone know of a good trusted turnkey company for SFR or small multifamily? Boise Turnkey was the main one that came up on my Google search. I just wanted to put my feelers out and see if anyone could give me any insight on the area or surrounding cities in regards to rents and market as well. Thank you!
