"power points" for real estate investors

Sierra Sonenrs
Posted

I am reading this pretty awesome book about how to get a great education.  One of the things it talks about is knowing the "power points" for your career.  For example,  the power points for a lawyer might include: Latin, logic, critical thinking, debate, persuasive oratory, negotiation, technical writing, English and American history, etc.  There are power points that almost every career has: integrity, initiative, ingenuity, passion, enterprise, creativity, optimism, reliability, resiliency, team work, leadership, persistence and tenacity,

As a newbie, I am choosing to spend a lot of time on my investing and real estate education building the skills necessary for me to be successful.  So, I thought I would come to the vast knowledge and experience here to ask you what do you think the power points of real estate investing are?
