Self Storage Auction process guidance in Michigan

I am a new owner of an existing self storage facility in Michigan. Have a few auctions that will need to take place and looking for advice or guidance in the process. Understand all the Michigan Lien Laws, but could still use guidance through first time. Thank you in advance. Any advice or insight will be greatly appreciated.
