Low Income Leasing
I have read several topics on here where experienced members suggest not investing in lower income housing due to headaches the tenants will cause. I was wondering, if you had a property management company in place to manage the property, are the tenants really that big of a hassle? I am not sure if I am missing something.
Thanks!

All of my tenants are in the low income bracket and I don't have any problems with them..I have had problems in the past, but have part ways with the tenants, whether it be through the eviction process or releasing them from the lease and they move out. I beleive it has alot to do with your your rental process and criteria.
