I am looking to purchase a House Hack opportunity in Rochester, MN to help bolster my wealth. Is there any agent/person with info on duplex owner occupied house hacking in Rochester? Any tips or tricks? I am not really looking to become a avid real estate investor but rather save money in the long run on my first home purchase.
