Hi BP!  My wife and I are starting to look at multifamily investment properties in the Huntsville AL area. Interested in a value add property for cash flow and appreciation. What size properties are you going for? I have been marketing to MF in this area and only get calls back from duplexes, triplexes, nothing that's true MF.
