Feedback on Wholesaling Startup Plan

Hey y’all! I’ve been doing research to learn more about building wealth through real estate and for me, I need to start by gaining capital so I am beginning by wholesaling.

I have a small budget to get started and wanted to get your opinions on my strategy to start:

1. Purchase a vacant properties list from flipthisrealestatelist with skip tracing (the quote for the vacant properties list was the least expensive option but if there is a different list I should purchase, I’m open to your recommendations)

2. Get a google number and send texts manually (I have the time to send 75-100 a day from the list of 1,000)

3. Purchase a subscription to Propstream

4. Use free contracts from therealestatedoru

5. Build a buyers list using social media and word of mouth and possibly do a JV with another wholesaler for my first deal

I plan on signing the first contract in my name and once I make my first deal, create an LLC to do future deals.

What am I missing? Is there anything that I’m spending money on with this plan that I could save for later and allocate somewhere else?
