El Paso TX house hacking

Hello, I am originally from El Paso Tx but have lived in Colorado most of my life where I am just closing on first house flip where I am looking to profit around 30k and looking to use that to move back home and start house hacking in El Paso TX. Any recommendations on good investor agents? is there good cashflow tri/quad plex properties in El Paso?
