Please help me with reviewing my deal
Hi,
I am closing my first deal and really hoping someone can review the deal i put in the calculator and let me know if everything looks good.
Property is under contract and lender is set and just trying to figure out the best way to do it $ wise. So easy to play around with the numbers and want to do it the right way. Should i put down 10% - 20% am i missing anything i need to factor in money wise.
Would really appreciate the advice!
