New to this looking buy second property
So my husband have rented our home and been travel the USA in RV currently in Texas. We just got helco on home we lived and been renting it for the past 4 years making good money. Our goal use helco and purchase 2 property get rent then ref and then fill helco back up and do it again. I am looking in Texas and New Mexico. Any tips are welcome we looking single family homes for right now!
