Hey Folks,

I'm new to BP after listening to the BP Podcast, and the amount of available information is overwhelming. Where's a good place to start?

I'm an attorney in Chattanooga, Tennessee, currently am searching for my first buy-and-hold property, and am looking to educate myself as much as possible.
