Help ! Using HELOC for multifamily property
Hey everyone, first time into investing on my future. And have a few questions and hopefully someone could help. It been a week since I start look for potential property. And I notice some house that listed on the market have tenant already living in there. How do I know how much the tenant rent ? So I could run my numbers without contacting the landlord ? What do I have to be aware of purchasing a house with a heloc ?? The do and don’t .. thanks in advance
