Hello BF community!

I’m a college student who is looking to make the first steps in setting myself up for a career in Real Estate.

I really want to hone in on my deal analysis skills but I’m struggling to find ways to develop these skills. What tools or resources did you use to become better at deal analysis?

Any advice is appreciated!
