Looking for real estate agent- Riverside, CA

I will be moving around Riverside, CA in about 6 months. I am just starting out in my real estate journey. I would love to find a great first investment property that is move in ready. I am in the military and plan on using the V.A. loan. Preferable looking for a duplex or multi unit property if the opportunity arises. @Taylor Manz I'm very familiar with the area if you have any questions.  Multi-unit properties around here tend to be a bit older and in certain areas, also because Riverside isn't that big on it's own many people live in the surrounding cities as well and commute in, so that gives you more options when you are looking for property
