Long distance investing for a beginner
I am looking for ideas on where the best markets are as of May 2020 to invest for BRRR investing or potential flip. I am located in the NY/NJ area and there aren't many opportunities here where the numbers make sense. Cash available is about 100k and I have access to HML . Looking for East, South, midwest cities. Your input is appreciated.
