Just Got My New Books Today!

I just got my new books today. I was steered to the 20 books recommended by BP for new investors. I had already bought a couple that I found out later were on the list. Now, time to read. I started with Building Wealth One House At A time by John Schaub. After I finish that, I don't know which one to read next. I have a business besides investing in RE, so time is limited. I did buy one (don't recall if it is on the BP list) called The Unofficial Guide To Real Estate investing by Strauss and Stone. I think that one is the next read. Without a doubt "2 Years To A Million In Real Estate" by Martinez will be 2nd on my reading list. Very interesting! 2 years? Quit before I hit 60? I am ready! Thanks to BP for their recommended list.

Yes. Thank you to both of you. I love this site. I am going to upgrade to pro. I like the sound of that. From a novice to a "pro" in three weeks LOL! I feel very fortunate, truthfully, to have found this site and all the really great people always willing to help teach others. My belief in life is, if you can't do something good, you aren't any good. That being said, I am always willing to help anyone in any manner.

I haven't put up a picture but will get to that. I am not very photogenic and don't want to cause a panic on the site:)

Thanks!
