Business Line Of Credit
Hello,
My wife and I have recently purchased our first property, and started our LLC. We have been using our own money to upgrade the property to increase its value. But this limits the amount we can put toward purchasing another investment property. Are there any ways to get Business credit with a new LLC. A line of credit would allow us to scale much faster.

We bought our first property cash (seller financing).
