Where should I file my LLC?

Hello everybody!

Can someone please help me decide where to file my LLC, I'm a bit unsure the advantages and disadvantages. I live in Arizona, but I invest in Real Estate in Ohio. Which state? and does it really matter all that much?

I appreciate your responses!

Hard to answer this question without more details.

But, consider that AZ LLCs cost $50 to file with no annual fees or filings. You will need to have a physical address registered with the LLC in whichever state you end up filing.

If you have an Arizona LLC that invests in Ohio, you may need to register that LLC to do business in Ohio - states have different standards for when foreign registration is necessary.
