Your gut is always right....

You know I read this interesting book a while ago called "Blink". It's about how your instinct works, or your gut feeling. It's amazing how it seems like your gut feeling is always right. So why don't I follow it?

Like the other day I got an offer on my apartment building. The offer was strong, but the buyer and there realtor where just absolute jerks to deal with. So my gut was telling me not to work with them. Sure enough they waste a bunch of my time and then didn't remove conditions after doing a walk through of all the units. What a waste.

So if you're gut feeling is telling you something, I'd say it's probably about a 90% chance it's right. So when investing just follow your gut. If your gut feeling is that it's a good deal then run with it before someone else takes it. Or if you find something that your gut is telling you for some reason to stay away from then don't do it.
