I'm currently in a job I dislike very much. I have been in IT for 22 years and I just do not have the desire to do it anymore. I'm looking for a mentor that will help me on my first few deals preferably with Wholesaling. I will share profit from my deals and I will work for you helping you in anyway i can. I'm sitting at my job right now wandering how I can leave because i have bill's to pay. I make around $47,000 - $50,000 currently a year for 40 hours a week and I'm not happy at all, But i know if i do a few Wholesale deals, I have the potential to make way more working less hours. I am ready to do what I have to do. Please help.

Have you gone to any local meetups? You may get a response on here but your best bet in finding a mentor is to meet investors in person, figure out where they need help in their business, and offer to fill that need for them.
I also have to agree with the post above, I know a couple of wholesalers here in CO and even years into their business they're working far more than 40 hours a week.
Ok, I just know what I have been learning here on Bigger pockets and other Wholesaling resources.... I have not been to any local meetings as of yet..... But I have been thinking starting the Wholesaling niche because you don't need any money to start. I was going to work up from there.....
