Hey All! I'm just starting to plan for and work my way into BRRRR investing. I live in NE Wisconsin with some amazing opportunities to develop a number of single family rentals in highly desirable school districts. If anyone wants to connect I'd love to find a mentor here that can help me take steps towards growing a real estate business! Hey @Michael Sewall, One of the best thing that you can do to help accelerate your investing is to start hanging out with other like minded people in the area. I would highly recommend you following up on the advice Jason gave above and check out the local REIA's. We all become more successful when we help each other grow.
