Hey BP! My wife and I live in California. We have been reading about REI and listening to podcasts for over a year now. My wife at the time had just graduated and we had newborn baby girl at the time we started looking into REIs through BP. We wanted a way to work smart and be able to spend some quality time with our little family. Now, we have saved enough to start investing and have another bundle of joy on the way. We started looking into Charlotte, NC for our 1st investment opportunity.
