Hi everybody, just joined BP and what a strong dedicated following. So proud to be part of this ecosystem. I am living on the other side of the world from the US , Singapore. I am interested in Real Estate investing and in particular the BRRR strategy to build a financially free positive cashflow portfolio. I want to invest in the US. would it be good financially for me in this market. I am 61 years old, so a bit long in the tooth to start. But I still think is doable. What about tax for a foreigner in being a landlord. Appreciate any help.
